The Center for Global Health at Weill Cornell Medicine is designed to provide trainees with the skills and knowledge required to become active and engaged in a global context. Our educational programs include a global health perspective and provides the opportunity for faculty-trainee mentorship, field work, and independent study. The Weill Cornell Global Health Research Fellowship is a 3 year fellowship designed to train generalist clinician-scientists for academic careers in global health research. This innovative Fellowship is tailored for post-residency graduates in internal medicine and provides a unique opportunity for essential time dedicated to field work and research training. Fellows receive intensive mentorship from faculty in New York and international Weill Cornell faculty throughout their training.
