Center says Goodbye to Visiting Physicians
Today, the Center for Global Health said goodbye to Dr. Barbara Spencer of Weill Bugando Medical Center and Dr. Bahati Faustine of the Kilimanjaro Christian Medical Center as they ended their month-long stay in New York City. The two physicians teach anatomy at their respective institutions, and came to the NYC campus to learn teaching strategies from renown Weill Cornell Medicine faculty member, Dr. Estomih P. Mtui. Dr. Mtui grew up in Tanzania, and he received his MD from the University of Dar es Salaam. He is passionate about mentoring junior faculty from the area and continues to teach Anatomy at the NYC Campus.
